The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of dance movement therapy(DMT) on resilience and emotional labor behavior of female emotional laborers. The DMT program was conducted once a week for 120 minutes at N Labor Wear Center located in S city. Each group consisted of 7 experimental group participating in the program and 7 control groups not participating. In order to investigate the effects of research, we measured resilience and emotional labor behavior composed of self-reported questions before and after the program. After the homogeneity test of the pre-measured variables between the experimental group and the control group, the covariance analysis(ANCOVA) of the post-covariate with the covariate as the covariate was performed to test the effect of DMT program. As a result of the research, DMT program had a significant effect on resilience and emotional labor behavior of female emotional laborers. The results of this research show that DMT programs have a positive effect on the resilience and emotional labor behavior of female emotional laborers.
